Let's Bridging!!

Class today start earlier than usual. As we're informed last week, the quiz will be held today morning for Differential Eq. Huh.. We're lucky enough to see En. Fairuz handle the quiz session but not Pn.Asra. Why? The quiz is open book quiz. Haha.. I'm not study the 'Laplace chapter' but, the books really helping me to survive this last quiz and the mark will 10% carried. Huh, such a big mark compared to static, material sc. quiz just 2.5 for each quiz. Thanx again Mr. Fairuz.. (Actually, I sit at the back side, and do the discussion with others... And the books also.. haha) Very lucky..

But, this is not the main story... I put BRIDGE as my topic to write today.

At about 11am, at static lab, cubic.. There was a bridge test. We're given the task earlier, and today is the test day.

The bridge must be made from paper of 70 gm.. And the only way to join the paper is by selotape, or any tape. No stick, and other material then that. Huh, this project really want to show our sense of engineers. It doesn't need any calculation, but the main thing is your design that can hold any kilogram of weight.

The lighter your bridge, than the heavier of load that your bridge can hold. You will be ranked first. It's calculated by the ratio of the bridge weight and the maximum load on the bridge.

Then, the highest ratio is better enough to see yours top be ranked first.

Here's our bridge, which also invented by ridhwan, and Nik zubaidi.

The design of bridge is invented accidently... Haha.. we're not act design from any CAD.. or any design software... just belasah...
But the arc were really help the strength of the bridge.

so, what happened to our result?
Congrats man.. we're ranked second... with the ratio of 43.2
Here our specs that ranked us second:
Weight: 187.0 g
Max Load: 8087 g

Ratio: 43.2

Really, tested us on how to become engineer one day..
